Welcome to UCD Studio. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website and any purchases made through.

By visiting our Site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1) About UCD Studio

UCD Studio sells planners, gratitude journals, and related stationery and accessories through our Site.

2) Eligibility & Account Information

By using the Site, you confirm you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence (or you have permission from a parent/guardian). If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3) Orders & Acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy Products. We may accept or reject your order for any reason, including (but not limited to) stock availability, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or shipping limitations.

An order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email and payment has been processed. We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time before dispatch (and will refund you if we do).

4) Pricing

All prices are shown in AUD unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice.

5) Payments

We accept payment methods displayed at checkout. By providing payment information, you confirm you are authorised to use that payment method.

If your payment is declined or reversed, we may cancel your order.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays outside our control (for example, carrier delays, weather events, customs processing, or supply chain disruptions).

Risk of loss typically passes to you upon delivery to the address provided, unless otherwise required by law.

7) Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer laws (including the Australian Consumer Law, where applicable).

8) Promotions, Discount Codes & Gift Cards

We may offer discount codes, promotions, or gift cards from time to time. Unless stated otherwise:

• Codes cannot be combined.

• Codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added retroactively.

• We may change or cancel promotions at any time.

• Gift cards have no cash value and are subject to any terms shown at purchase.

9) Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including text, images, designs, logos, product names, graphics, and downloadable materials—is owned by or licensed to UCD Studio and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, or commercially exploit any Site content without our written permission.

• You grant UCD Studio a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display that content for marketing and other business purposes.

• We may remove content at our discretion if it violates these Terms or appears inappropriate.

13) Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• The Site and Products are provided “as is” and “as available”.

• We do not guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

• We do not warrant that the Products will meet every individual expectation beyond what is required by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

14) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UCD Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss (including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill) arising from your use of the Site or purchase/use of Products.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law, and (where applicable) to one or more of the following at our option:

• replacement of the Products,

• repair of the Products,

• resupply of the Products, or

• payment of the cost of replacement/repair/resupply.

15) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold UCD Studio harmless from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
