Where do you ship from?
We ship all orders from our business in, Sydney (Northern Beaches), Australia. UCD STUDIO is proudly Australian-owned and operated.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide! All international orders are sent from Australia via Australia Post
How long does it take to ship and rates?
Australia-wide Shipping
Standard Shipping: $9.95 Estimated 2–8 business days from dispatch
Express Shipping: $15.95 Estimated 1–4 business days from dispatch
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)
Free shipping for all Australian orders over $85 AUD
International Shipping
Standard Shipping: Estimated 7–10 business days
Express Shipping: Estimated 4–6 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location
Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays observed in Australia. Orders are not processed, dispatched, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
When will my order be dispatched?
Our dispatch time frame is 1–2 business days after your order is confirmed.
During peak periods (such as the planner season from August to January, holiday sales, or promotions), dispatch may take up to 7–10 business days.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can follow the journey of your parcel via the provided link. Please check your junk/spam folder if you don’t see the email.
What about customs, taxes, or duties?
International customers may be required to pay customs duties, taxes, or import fees based on their country’s regulations. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.
UCD STUDIO is not responsible for any additional fees, delays due to customs processing, or parcels refused at delivery due to unpaid duties. If a parcel is refused or returned due to unpaid customs charges, the customer is responsible for:
the original shipping charges
any taxes or customs charges incurred
for returning the item. No refund will be issued in this case.
We recommend contacting your local customs office if you're unsure of your country’s import policies.
Christmas, Promotional & Holiday Shipping
We do our best to get your order on time, but we can’t guarantee delivery by a specific date during the holiday season. Delays from Australia Post and couriers are out of our control. Please order early to avoid disappointment.
Correct Shipping Address
Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. UCD STUDIO is not responsible for parcels delayed, lost, or delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

REFUNDS
Unfortunately, there is no refund available for change of mind after an order has been processed.
Faulty Items
If the item you have received is faulty (we are very sorry for this!!), please contact info@ucdstudio.com.au within 7 days, so we can help you out. If you could also please email pictures of the fault that will fast track your enquiry. Refunds may take up to 3 days to appear in your account.
No shipping charges will be charged should the product be deemed faulty.
